Clubhouses

Hi Mark and Bill,

I’m thinking of starting a new clubhouse, but have some questions. I live in the Space Coast area (Melbourne) of central Florida and it appears that the only clubhouses near my area are all virtual clubhouses. I need a physical clubhouse where I can meet with people face-to-face. My first question is, can I still start a clubhouse even though there are virtual clubhouses less fifty miles from my location? Also, If I’m able to start a clubhouse, what will I need to get started?
